My Little Cook
I love baking! I have better chances in baking than cooking ordinary meals like Tinola or Adobong Manok. Actually, I haven’t had any success with chicken. Nakakahiya!
Anyway, I started baking again and made use of the oven this time. We’ve been using the Turbo Broiler since we got back. Started using the gas oven last Christmas.
For the holiday season, I made lasagna for the family. I never had the chance to take some step by step picture but I ‘d like to share something else. I baked cookies and had the chance to do some photo opps while preparing and baking :) I’ve tried baking oatmeal cookie when we were still in the US but never perfected it. This time, I believe, I did it! Thanks to more wiser me. *LOL*
Anyway, I made two different type of cookies in two consecutive days. On the first day, I made Oatmeal cookie with chocolate chips and on the second day, I made Chocolate cookies. All recipes were from Allrecipes.com with some adjustments.

I like the small sized chocolate cookie better, it was crispier compared to the big ones.
Mukhang yummy ang cookies mo ha… ako naman ngayon pa lang nagsisimulang mag-bake :-)
