straight out of the oven
I have been meaning to do this one since last month but kept on postponing it. This is my first time to try making baked cheesecake and my nth time making cheesecake. Inspired by the fact that I never really succeeded with no-bake cheesecakes.
Anyway, this cheesecake is kind of different since a) it is in small serving size and b) I used cookie dough as crust. Again, got the recipe from Allrecipes.com but with some tweaks.
It’s a Wilton Trim ‘N Turn. *woot!* I got one of the many items in my birthday wish list but I guess I don’t really need it anymore, I just need to practice using my bread knife instead.
Really excited here! I know I still owe you my my first buttercream based icing cake. I’ll try to post next week, really kind of busy right now. Ang dami ko ng backlog! :D

We had our first Valentine’s Date last Saturday. It was also our first with the little princess. It was one of a kind and an unusual date since we did it the little princess’ way.
We had our lunch at Pizza and Pasta Factory. It was also our first time here and it was ok. We were suppose to eat at Don Henrico’s but it is already 12:30 in the afternoon and there was no available table for us. To make the long story short, we ended up at Pizza and Pasta because of this reason.
We ordered Carbonara, Lasagna, 2 piece chicken and one regular sized pizza. Sorry, I forgot to take a picture of all the food we ordered. Too hungry to remember.
Out of five stars, I’d rate the place 3. Nothing extra ordinary with their food, good service and value for money was well, pizza was expensive but the rest was I guess ok.
