Hamey knew even before we got married that I was not an ideal wife who could cook even the simplest dish/viand you could think of. But I try to make amends and learn how to be a good wife who knows her way around the kitchen.
When it comes to baking and making pasta dishes, I can say that I can be considered a good cook. I love to hear from hubby (and from my two year old little princess) that they like what I prepared for them. Love it even more when they asked me to cook a particular dish at a particular time. Just as I asked hubby to prepare his special salad the other day.
This Pesto Pasta is one of the simplest pasta I’ve made to date. The other one is the Pasta with Spanish Sardines.
Pesto
ingredients
pasta
fresh basil
nuts
parmesan cheese
olive oil
directions
a. using a blender, blend fresh basil, nuts, parmesan cheese and olive oil. set aside
b. cook pasta according to package
c. mixed pasta with the blended ingredients
*note: made use of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

bago kami magpakasal, sabi ko kay D, hindi ako magluluto, maglalaba, mamamalantsa, etc. careerwoman ako. so anong career ko ngayon, magluto, maglaba, pero ayaw ko pa rin mamalantsa! hahaha! :) staying home turned out to be the ideal job for me. ;)

Ang sabi ko naman nuon, asahan nya kong gawin lahat wag lang asahan mag luto. LOL! And true, being at home is the best job I ever had :D
Ayaw ko din palang maghugas ng kinainan :D
