Homemade crepe

crepe-01crepe is pronounced as kreyp

Been eating crepe from different restaurants for several days now. Since the little princess and I like it so much, why not just make our own at home, right?

As always, I searched for the simplest recipe over at Allrecipes.com, my ever reliable recipe site. :) And thank goodness I chose something right. ;)

ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted

directions
a. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, water, salt and butter.
b. Add the flour gradually; beat until smooth.
c. Using a frying pan or non-stick pan, place it over medium high heat.
d. Melt little butter and scoop the batter onto the pan, size enough to cover it.
e. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
f. Cook the crepe until the bottom is light brown.
g. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side.
h. Place fruit and fold.
g. Serve hot with condensed milk, chocolate syrup or whatever tickles your fancy :)
