The husband arrived early and decided to eat dinner with us last night. I think it’s because he needs energy for reviewing for his exam next month.
Anyway, for a healthy menu, we had steamed marlin, steamed and ginisang mustasa (aka mustard greens), and veggie spring rolls.
The veggie spring rolls were a gift from a family friend. I am not sure what exactly she included there but what I know is that it is composed of vegetables and shredded chicken.
To sum up the experience, the husband and specially the little princess had a very satisfying look over dinner. Hooray for me! :)
